CTCA Management Fellowship

Jump-start your career NOW!

The Management Fellowship at Cancer Treatment Centers of America®

Are you a strategic thinker that wants to play an active role in shaping the future of health care? Do you want to make a difference in the business community and start building your legacy as an industry leader? If you are passionate about the business of health care, making a lasting impact, and want a jump-start to your career, the Management Fellowship at CTCA is right for you!

Through working on CTCA’s most critical and innovative enterprise-wide initiatives, you will receive a breadth of experiences in all aspects of the business of health care during this two year leadership acceleration program. You will be trained in strategic and analytic problem solving, present to and collaborate with senior-level executives, hone your leadership skills, and evolve into a highly-trained and skilled leader. Your developed skill set, experiences, network and business acumen will help transition you into a management role at CTCA and beyond.

Ideal candidates will have an entrepreneurial and self-starter spirit, be open to challenges and solving complex problems, and work well in a collaborative setting. The position is open to all majors and a background in health care is not required.

I feel extremely fortunate that I found Cancer Treatment Centers of America® (CTCA)’s Management Fellowship as a job-seeking senior, despite not being interested in health care at the time. The program’s flexibility enabled me to apply the skills and passions I had as an undergrad but also exposed me to exciting career opportunities I didn’t know existed through hands-on project experience with CTCA®’s top executives. That deep experience in many different parts of the organization was invaluable and dramatically accelerated my career trajectory post-fellowship.

The Management Fellowship was one of the most enriching, influential experiences I ever went through in my professional career. The exposure I gained in understanding the inter-workings of a hospital system and the health care industry, not only helped me learn but also strategically think alongside seasoned executive leaders that are fully committed to your development. The mentorship, leadership and relationships you build over the course of the two years with those that lead you, you work with, and you lead are invaluable and stay with you indefinitely.
