At CTCA, we select the top talent that can support our continued growth.
Recruitment for the Fellowship actively begins in the Fall of a student’s undergraduate senior year. To apply, candidates submit their resume and complete a short questionnaire —this helps us better understand you and your interests.
Following the application process, candidates move through 3 rounds of interviews. Truly believing that we are seeking the future leaders of CTCA, our Management Fellowship candidates are put through the same rigorous process as each and every one of our Executives.
On average, we select five Management Fellows each year; however, we focus on quality versus quantity and are open to selecting more or less depending on the talent of each recruitment cycle.
