The Management Fellowship is an entry-level, two-year development program designed to develop YOU into a future leader of Cancer Treatment Centers of America® (CTCA). Over the course of two years, Management Fellows undertake rotational assignments in a variety of core functions, designed to enhance business acumen, while strengthening leadership development. Rotations and projects are designed by Fellows, in conjunction with leaders in the organization, to provide you with exposure to all facets of the business. Rotational opportunities include, but are not limited to: finance, talent development, IT, marketing, Lean Six Sigma, new business development, strategy, and hospital operations.
Because you are empowered to manage your career. You will have the ability to select a Rotation Sponsor and project in your area of interest. You will participate in team meetings, shape and execute strategic initiatives, attend Board and Executive Team meetings, and receive feedback on your work. You will have the opportunity to observe differing leadership styles and operating practices within a fast-paced, team environment. At CTCA®, we are dedicated to developing people, and our Management Fellowship is no different.
Upon completion of the program, Management Fellows may be offered a role in high-impact positions within our rapidly growing organization.
